I am a development sector professional. Currently associate with INternational Rescue Committee.
Throughout career, my major achievements are included Project management implementation. Designing of logical framework analysis (LFA) with outcome and output indicators, facilitating and conducting surveys, conducting field based monitoring visits, managing result based (RBM) and result oriented monitoring (ROM), management of qualitative and quantitative data, managing of work plans, keeping track of qualitative and quantitative indicators through field based monitoring.
I worked in USAID, CARE International, European Commission, NIP, Norwegian Red Cross, Oxfam GB and UNICEF funded projects.
My 08 years experience of working in Project management component with the experience of field monitoring encourages me to come forward and apply for the post. I believe my career in your organization will further contribute to the development of vulnerable segments of the society and also for your organization I will be able to introduce new techniques and methods for the assigned work.
