I currently serve as an M&E Officer in the Orphan Support program. My responsibilities include collaborating in the development of the MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) plan and Log Frame. I design M&E tools and conduct regular monitoring visits to assess the availability of orphan supplies, such as uniforms, books, and food packs. Additionally, I manage data collection, entry, cleaning, and analysis, culminating in the preparation of monitoring reports. I also oversee and participate in evaluation studies to ensure the program\'s effectiveness and impact.

In my previous role as a District Coordinator in Chakwal, I was responsible for planning, managing, monitoring, and executing field activities aimed at identifying TB cases within coal mine areas and their related communities. This involved organizing outreach activities and conducting verbal and X-ray screening camps. Additionally, I played a crucial role in coordinating with the Health Department and coal mine associations to ensure the success of these initiatives.

I have had the privilege of working on various impactful projects, including conducting impact assessments for the Benazir Income Support Program, evaluating the Waseela-E-Taleem Program, and assessing the Punjab Education Reforms Program. Furthermore, I contributed to a qualitative study centered on the Food Fortification Program.

In my role, I focus on developing and enhancing monitoring, inspection, and evaluation procedures while overseeing all aspects of project activities, expenditures, and progress toward achieving project objectives. I actively contribute to refining the logical framework, designing monitoring and impact indicators to measure project success, and assessing overall progress in achieving results.
Furthermore, my responsibilities encompass monitoring the sustainability of project outcomes, providing constructive feedback to the Project Manager on strategies and activities, and suggesting ways to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness by identifying and addressing bottlenecks. I supply vital data to internal management to support strategic planning and goal achievement, delivering regular progress reports to the donor on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis.

In my recent role, I undertook a wide range of responsibilities, including the holistic planning, management, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of project activities and performance. This encompassed conducting crucial project assessments such as baseline, midline, and end-line assessments, along with area assessments and the selection of project areas. I was responsible for orienting stakeholders to the project\'s objectives, supervising the social mobilization team, ensuring the effective formation of the Saaf Pani committee, and promoting team building within the committee. Additionally, I facilitated the process of securing land donations for the Saaf Pani plant.
I actively participated in monthly and quarterly reflection and progress review meetings with government officials and the project management unit to ensure alignment with project goals. I also engaged in meetings with various stakeholders, including district government representatives, to ensure the smooth operation of project activities.
To maintain effective oversight, I conducted monthly field visits for process and performance monitoring. I also worked to establish strong liaisons between the social welfare department and the Saaf Pani committee to facilitate the committee\'s registration process. Furthermore, I led and managed the district implementation team to ensure optimal project execution.

Oversee the training cycle including logistics, session planning & delivery, review material, and suggest changes. Develop database, monitor business creation exercise, arrange USTADE for practical exercise, develop a business plan, and prepare a report of training.

I spearheaded the planning, management, monitoring, and evaluation of an Islamic Microfinancing project, focusing on areas affected by earthquakes and internally displaced persons (IDPs). My responsibilities included the development and enhancement of monitoring, inspection, and evaluation tools and procedures. I closely tracked all project activities, monitored progress toward achieving project output, and assessed the resulting impact.
I actively recommended improvements to the project\'s logical framework and ensured the successful recovery of interest-free loans. Sustainability was a key focus, with ongoing monitoring of project results. I provided valuable feedback to the Project Manager regarding project strategies and activities, and I proactively suggested strategies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. My role involved identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and creating plans to minimize or eliminate these obstacles.
