Continually facilitate improvements to initiatives, programs and learning delivery methodology for various initiatives.  Plan, organize, develop and deliver training curricula, materials and programs to meet specific learning needs.  Managing & organizing nation-wide learning working group comprised of functional learning representatives to provide technical guidance and trainings.  Develops coaching & mentoring programs to promote knowledge sharing and internal social networks between experienced and more junior employees and among other employee groups.  Utilize information gathered from the Employee Engagement Survey to identify key areas for improvement and assist the organization to improve in those areas.  Implement initiatives to engage employees at all levels.  Develop formal and informal platforms for two way communication. Design and implement Performance Management System (PMS). Ensure that the process is transparent and equitable.  Roll out programs to increase employee awareness on company values.  Design and implement Succession Planning process. Ensure all key positions have at least two ready backups.  Roll out Organization Health and Manager Quality surveys.  Develop and monitor annual learning budget. Analyze and share Return on Investment
