Job Description

Ensuring delivery of best possible customer services, controlling the Cash working in Branch Operation.

Maintain the Cash related all statements according to SBP policies.

Ensuring cash on hand in branch is as per HO/SBP requirements.

Maintain all reports according to SBP policies.

Maintain the ATM related all reports.

Resolve all issue of ATM, ATM replenish.

Punching of ATM card, Issuance of ATM card, Deleting of ATM card

Complete command on posting of CBS 8.5, TBD posting.

Remittances Departments

Issuance of DD/CC

Clearing, Online

Foreign remittance

Issuance of Coupon

Account Opening

Punching of new Account Opening

Prepare all documents related to open new Accounts

Monitoring of Customer Accounts according to KYC

Monitoring of Customer transactions as par AML policies.

Completely handling opening of new Accounts.

Resolve all issues related to New Accounts open existing.
