 Maintain the boiler water/steam chemistry, and ensure appropriate chemical protection during continuous operation and shutdown.

 Interpretation of OCM and internal/external lab analysis results of lube oil, FRF, transformer oil and RFO for any corrective/preventive actions.

 Conduct boiler, MED & GAH inspections, perform environmental monitoring of stack flue gas & waste water, and compile technical reports.

 Interpretation of boiler parameters to ensure efficient chemical treatment.

 Conduct and participate in the PHA/HAZOP meetings, risk assessment, and ensure the implementation of recommended actions.

 Conduct routine audit of work areas and ensure the execution of tasks in accordance with established PSM and site procedures.

 Coordinate with client to ensure competent service, and all project deliverables are achieved, and manage project procurement.
 Communicate with principal abroad for any specific requirement of client and execute accordingly.
 Determines project specifications by studying product design, P&ID, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies & preparing cost estimates.
 Ensure that all project engineering work is carried out in accordance with site rules, regulations and SOP’s with due regards to safety and operability.

 Worked as a Project Engineer at thermal power station HUBCO and JAMSHORO.
 Assist foreign expert in boiler and GAH inspections and justify modification.
 Review and evaluate technical documents and proposed modifications to improve efficiency, quality and performance of the Unit.
 Evaluate critical boiler parameters to ensure efficient fuel oil treatment and present monthly and quarterly reports.
 Monitor environmental aspects of flue gas emissions and ADT.
 Supervise lab testing, analyze fuel chemistry, behavior of boiler soot & corrosion rate.
