• Coordination with clients on different Environmental Monitoring and Management projects.
• Educate and train field officers regarding different environmental monitoring techniques.
• Ensure all field interventions carried out as per SGS Global Standards

• Organize, coordinate and have general oversight of all staff and activities.
• Oversee overall management, planning and controls of daily work activities
• Meet weekly with the Technical Team and Sales Team to discuss scheduling of work in a planned manner including distribution of resources such as labour, tools, vehicles etc.
• Continually work towards excellence in Process Flow through observation of operational systems and processes during day to day work.
• Plan and Schedule all jobs ( Gaseous Emission testing, Air Quality monitoring and Vehicle Emission Testing)
• Provide monthly reports to Management on all operational activities via attendance at the monthly meeting
• Provide support to the technical team with process design, P & ID’s, FD’s, one of drawings, technical advice, guidance and Knowledge
• Progress a measured and planned improvement of operational systems, processes and development of policies in support of Aimstec vision
• Contribute to short and long term organizational planning and strategy
• Provide habitual review of internal procedures to maintain integrity and relevance of systems in place
• Assist with HR policy and procedure creation, implementation and review in conjunction with Administration
• Adhere to and be familiar with all Health and Safety requirement.

1. Product Receipt Operations

Responsible for carrying out all the operations related to the product receipts by:-
Tanker/Barge:
• Communicating with terminal/ship for commencement of discharge. Periodic checking of discharged product quality & Qty and comparing the figs with shore. Periodic ship/shore check as per the checklist.
• Gauging and lining up of the shore tank, checking of the line qty, etc at terminal end.

Tank truck:
• Pre discharge quality & qty check, lining up the receipt into the nominated tank. Reconciling the receipt qty vs the BLqty.

2. Product Storage

• Responsible for looking out water draining, gauging, sampling of terminal tank after receipt, transfer, blend, etc. Also working/checking of the product receipt.
• Responsible for overseeing daily evening tank gauge. Required to work out the provisional stock variation. Also for investigating abnormal stock variations, if any.
• Responsible for draw of the required samples in the required periods to monitor the quality of the product in tank as per the customer's quality control program.

3. Product Value addition / Blending
Responsiblefor carrying out the following operations:
• Supervising Pigging or flushing of product pipe lines(Includes pig launcher operation, lining up & monitoringthe movement).
• Prepare documents and carry out the Ex jetty delivery

4. Product Loading/Delivery
• Responsible for carrying out the operations related to the product delivery by the following modes:-
Tanker
Barge
Pipeline
TankTruck

5. Tanker Handling
• Responsible for carrying out all the operations related to the safe handling of tankers:
Berthing
• Collecting& recording of all the relevant timings in the tanker log.
