· Responsible for reviewing and updating all personally entered (locked) price quotations, supplier’s data, and date validity.
· Monitors vendors’ reliability and services, establishes new contacts with prospective vendors.
· Queries and clarifies any concerns regarding received purchase requests data, concerning description, units, quantities and specifications, directly with the initiating department personnel and personally check the current material demand also.
· Negotiate with vendors on price and delivery time.
· Follow ups from vendors for on time delivery of material.
· According to market’s up and downs, do Continues self alterations in the negotiating ability.
· Responsible for coordinating with buyers on all matters concerning allocated requests, best practices to process (quotes) and complete (delivery) within logical time period.
· Responsible for verifying and follow up on all pending orders (approved & under approval) through system reports.
· Prepare daily stock reports of different items (BOPP film, INKs, Woven, Cylinders and Stereos)
· Planning order’s processing of different buyer’s and communicating with production department for on time dispatches of order.
· Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
. Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to Product quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps
Business development, finding new markets and correspondence with existing buyers.

i was hired as marketing officer in Irfan Noman Bernas (Pvt) ltd , back on April 2013, after with good performance and hard word i was upgraded and promoted as Senior Marketing Execute.
in Mid of 2014 after looking on to my continuous hard work , i promoted as Assistant Manager Marketing, in the End of 2014, our Manager Marketing Left the company . So due to that all the Managerial responsibilities are handed over to me, and i am successfully working still in this company.
