JOB DESCRIPTION:
Accounts & Finance:
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Answer accounting procedure question by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations
• Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential
• Processing payroll, handling day-to-day petty-cash and maintaining company’s financial accounts
• Compute taxes owed, prepare tax computations, EOBI and income-tax ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements
Administration:
• Organize and supervise all of the administrative responsibilities that facilitate the smooth running of the office
• Carry out a range of administrative and IT-related tasks
• Responsible for organizing the office layout and equipment
• Manage travel arrangements etc. for the upper management
• Maintain inventory control of all office equipment
• Responsible for buying/ purchasing office related equipment as approved by the management
• Responsible to maintain strict security compliance of all equipment of all types
• Responsible to communicate & establish relationship with all new & existing vendors
