To monitor a team of Retail Sales officers for efficient Zong CM Pak and bank Askry Bank sales (KPIs).
To assign rout planes for RSOs & daily, monthly sales targets to Retail Sales Officers been on company targets and sales potential.
To adopt inventing ideas, schemes, for Promotion & sales of company products.
To develop a chain of retailers to selling Zong CM Pak products.
To act a bridge between retailers and Retail Sales officers.
To lunch stall activities where been necessary for sales improvements.
New outlets development and re-activation of outlets.
SKU (stock keeping units) Availability.
Ongoing improvement of trends (Minimum Balance, servicing at retail level for activation and GSM
Channel investment monitoring ,Ensuring and improving of sales
Training of (sales team and Retailers) about new promos.
To monitor permanent and temporary point of sales material.
To support below the line activities in assign areas.
