RESPOSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Planning & execution of troubleshooting, break down maintenance, preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance of plant equipment including motors, variable speed drives, gas & steam turbines, compressors, Circuit breakers, transformers, DCS & PLC System, PCC & MCC panels & Energy management system. I have also lead role in Installation and commissioning of motors, VFDs, MCCs, HT switchgear, LT switchgear, HT distribution system and LT distribution system.
I am working on Grid station, 5.4MW Gas Turbine Turbomach Caterpillar Company, York & LG absorption chillers and centac compressors.
Train Instrument and Electrical staff on existing and newly installed equipment like motors, VFD, electrical circuits so that they are fully conversant with the latest technology and are adequately equipped to handle faults independently.
CFB Power Plant:
Carried out complete commissioning plant equipment testing of 15 MW CFB power plant also lead in maintenance/troubleshooting, startup and shutdown activities of CFB plant.

RESPOSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Instruct and help the technical staff, supervise the maintenance and repairing work. Work on I/V filling machines, eye drops filling, autoclaves (sterilizers), autolabling, injection molding, S D F and blister pack machines. Also perform the preventive maintenance, weekly schedule jobs and shutdown jobs. Work on other plant machinery w r t electrical.
 PLC programming
Programming works on Mitsubishi plc FX cpu (1S,2NC).Installation and termination of different types plc,s like SIEMENS (simatic S5-395, S5-95U, S7-200, S7-300), PAGO system 165, Mitsubishi alpha controllers , DELTA plc,s etc. Also work on different types of temperature controllers, sensors, inverters and automations.

 H V & L V Switchgears
Carried out troubleshooting, maintenance & overhauling of 11KV, 3KV switchgears and its power, control circuits, (MAGRINI, AREVA, TOGAMI, TOSHIBA and SIEMENS).Installation &
Preventive maintenance of these switchgears & shutdown jobs .Preparation &
Troubleshooting of 380V motor power panels & all types of control circuit.
 H V & L V Motors
Complete re-winding & refurbishment two (3500 HP 11KV) synchronous brushless motors (ENGLISH ELECTRIC-AEI MACHINES LIMITED) with Intersal Dowding & mills U A E in DH & perform its all tests. Installation (2500HP 11KV) induction motor (ABB).
Laying its (XLPE) power, control cables & its termination.
 Transformers
Complete overhauling, troubleshooting & maintenance of 2 MVA & 3 MVA (YORK SHIRE, SIEMENS) faulty transformers. Dehydration the T/F oil & test its oil with oil tester. Celebrate the Buklez relay & overhauling.
 HRSG Generator Project
Complete installation of 10.6 MW (LEORY SOMER) Generator. Termination of its power & control cables as per drawing. Operate with synchronizing system & load test.
Complete earthing network for GT using CADWELD joints. Insert the wedges in the slots of 7.5 MW (ASGEN) generators. Complete overhauling & maintenance. Preventive maintenance of its AVR unites (ABB).
Troubleshooting the A.M.F panels of emergency diesel generators and its AVR Unites.
 H V & L V Breakers
Overhauling, Troubleshooting, preventive maintenance work and Operating experience of 11 KV (O.C.B, SF6), 3kv (V.C.B, A.C.B) & 380V Circuit breakers (MAGRINI, SCHNEIDER Electric, SIEMENS) check its control circuits.
 DCS & ILMS
Making the DCS power panels for instrument power. Termination of different AJB’S
& DCS panels .Shifting many process equipments on DCS like pumps, vessels and
also work on intelligent load management system.
