Responsible for the Targets on daily, weekly and Monthly Basis.
Expert of FMCG (deal in all FMCG products on floor)
Looking & focusing on hot selling items (shampoo, soaps, tea, ketchup etc.)
Lead a team of 32 members (07 CSD employee & 25 merchandisers / promoters
Inventory control, Ordering stock, Checking on deliveries (Receiving/transfers)
Ensure strong customer services practices to resolve shopper’s complaints
Assign categories and place distribution according to JBP’
Gathering market intelligence on competitor’s activities, prices and strategies
Correspondence with Suppliers regarding Ordering, Promotions etc.
Working with the visual team to Manage displays within the store
Preparation plans to achieve Sale Targets
Stock Handling and SKU’s Arrangements
Bulk orders fulfillment (Bait-ul-Maal, Military Intelligence, Army relief campaigns for IDPs and private B2B sector)
Monthly working on Competitors Survey (pricing, assortment etc.)
Increase size of shopper’s trolley through Maintaining Promotion Ends
Developing Business links within the local community
Getting feedback and capturing data from customers
Organizing, preparing and arranging promotional materials and displays
Customer Services & Daily Check on Price Tags on Racks
Monthly Stocktaking, Posting of PCLs & Posting of Stock Invoices,
Maintaining accurate statistical and financial records
System Receiving and Transfers
Provide IT Support to End User regarding IMS
