Provide financial and administrative support to the Country Representative
Prepare monthly Financial Field expense report to HQ
Handling of routine queries, correspondence, and maintain filing system;
Coordinate logistical arrangements for domestic and international travels;
Maintain updated personnel records including records and salary processing;
Procurement of office supplies and assist in purchasing all equipment;
Arranged travel/accommodation of project officials and processed travel documents/claims;
Arrangement of seminar/workshop etc.
Disbursements and timely replenishment of petty cash;
Inventory for Equipment Purchased by or Transferred to Winrock;
Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the management.
