Ø Overseeing operations at the main warehouse facility.

Ø Facilitating procurement processes, including ordering spare materials through PMC to fulfill PO requests for 60+ service centers across Pakistan.
Ø Reporting directly to the Chinese Material Controller.
Ø Strategically managing inventory levels and optimizing employee workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Ø Establishing and monitoring key warehouse KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
Ø Fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members.

 Maintaining adequate inventory levels, ensuring future parts availability
 Annual and six months report and dead stock detail list
 Receive deliveries of new equipment and ensure that all the supplies are in proper order
 Store the supplies and items received in their designated place to avoid time-wasting in searching for items

 Provide the solution to overall dealers regarding DAP, WARRANTY, RF

 Provide the solution to overall distributors Advance Telecom, United Mobile, I-2 Pakistan
 Order and procure spare parts, swap units and other tools to satisfy the care center operations in timely manner.
 Procure general care center requirements on a timely basis
 Manage the stock efficiently to satisfy spare part requirements and minimize inventory holding value to achieve
the set process and inventory aging targets.
 External coordination with Siyana Technologies Pvt. Limited (Nokia Authorized repair factory)
 Reports indirectly HO for spare parts ordering, delivery of stock & inventory management

 Mounting all over dealer issues
 Monthly Volume & Audit Reports

 Daily Purchasing of IT, General Items & Stationary
 Tallying the received items with Delivery Receipt and Manage in shelves and update in systems
 Issuance of Stock to User department on requests and keeping the records up to date
 Monthly Audit of Purchases and Stock issued to User department and coordinate to forecast the needs
