I am a Continuing Education Professional, having an extensive expertise in Continuing Professional Development at Shifa International Hospitals Ltd, one of Pakistan's best Joint Commission International (JCI) Accredited, Hospital.
I have integrated the Training and Learning Arm in one of the best Pakistan Center of Philanthropy (PCP) Accredited Non-For-Profit Organization, Shifa Foundation. With my expertise in managing multiple projects, program analyzing, planning activities, team leadership, and a keen interest in continuous process improvement, I have revamped the institutional structure of Shifa Center of Professional Excellence (SCOPE).
My academic qualifications include a Master of Science degree in Project Management from Pakistan's Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology University (SZABIST) and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Pakistan's University of Peshawar (UoP).
My current responsibilities include directing SCOPE - SF SIHL's continuing education and professional training programs, as well as serving as Shifa Foundation's ACCME Focal Person (ACCME Accredited) and AHA Focal Person (AHA Accredited). I am also the faculty of Shifa Center of Professional Excellence's Project Management and Business Management training programs, which feeds my passion for educating.
My areas of interest include Healthcare Continuing Education, Healthcare Project Management, and Healthcare Entrepreneurship, which led to my membership in the Society for Academic Continuing Medical Education (SACME) and Project Management Institute (PMI).
My professional life objective is to bring improvement in continuing education with the aid of project management processes and an entrepreneurial attitude

Leadership and Program Management:
· Lead a multidisciplinary team in medical teaching, professional learning, and research ventures across four programs: Continuing Medical Education, Training and Development, Research and Ethics, and Life Support Trainings.
· Integrated the newly formed division, Shifa Center of Professional Excellence (SCOPE), with the alignment of goals and objectives of the Shifa Foundation, ensuring synergy and collaboration.

Educational Needs Assessment:
· Determine and prioritize the educational needs of various specialty groups within the hospital, ensuring that CME efforts are tailored to address specific knowledge gaps and professional development requirements.
Curriculum Development and Implementation:
· Incorporate new developments in medical education, including techniques, materials, and learning methodologies, into the design and implementation of CME programs.
· Develop and implement a culture of education in alignment with the Accreditation Council of Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) Policies and Standards, as well as Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC) Policies and Standards.
Policy and Agreement Management:
· Develop and implement policies and guidelines for CME activities, Continuing Dental Education (CDE), and Continuous Professional Development (CPD), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Edit pre-event and post-event write-ups for publication in Shifa Speaks and press releases in national/international newspapers, effectively communicating the impact and outcomes of CME activities.
· Serve as the editor of the CME/CPD Bulletin, contributing content and generating concepts for documentary productions.
· Create and review content for Shifa Speaks, Shifa\'s social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube), ensuring consistent and engaging communication with healthcare professionals.
Data Management and Analysis:
· Maintain and track CPD/CME/CDE credit hours, issuing certificates annually and customized based on physician and healthcare professional requirements.
· Analyze dashboards of CMEs/CDEs/CPDs to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of educational activities, informing future program development and improvement efforts.
