1 Participation in project activities (meetings, round tables, conferences, other public activities) preparation,
implementation and follow up, taking meeting minutes.
2 Assist in coordinating the implementation of the project with donor.
3 Assist in convening and reporting periodically on the status of the project to the donor and other stake holder.
4 Participation in data collection, analysis and maintenance of projects related database and files maintaining accurate
electronic and paper filing, information and records systems ensuring safekeeping of confidential materials.
5 Assist in monitoring of the procurement of equipment needed for training, mapping and monitoring.
6 Arrange events by providing the logistical arrangements through engaging with facilitators
7 Preparation of monthly management accounts including preparing financial budget for upcoming events.
8 Produce a variety of documents, reports, proposals, literature for project.
9 Data entry and the creation of presentations and reports.
10 Organize and maintain project files and databases
11 Assist in building attendee list and confirm attendance for public outreach meetings.
Gather research information for project via internet, libraries, professional journals, phone research, etc.
12 Prepare meeting materials, including reports, presentations, and agendas
13 Compile data and assist with analysis of statistics and produce reports as necessary.
