Change Manager
Working as a Change Manager for Business Application areas to manage the development of Change Requests received from Telenor Group’s Business Units and ensuring complete change management process and compliance. Also, responsible for receiving, prioritizing, analyzing, development, testing, deployment of Requests for Change to Telenor Group’s ERP system. In addition, proactively seeking to improve the change and release process and working with improvement activities across service lines.
Majorly looking for end to end change management of workday, Share Point and infrastructure based application in DevOps model.
