9. Coordinate and follow up with Departments of Labour and Human Resource, Planning & Development, Women Development, and Social Welfare and other relevant Government Departments at provincial level to get the laws and policies adopted and implemented related to formal and informal women workers.
10. Coordinate with CSOs of the province to formulate advocacy and advisory groups for relevant policies on women’s empowerment.
11. Support to enhance coordination between UN agencies, public and private sector organizations at the provincial level to improve women’s access to economic opportunities.
12. Arrange for and manage workshops and other events related to communication support for WEE programme.
13. Support advocacy efforts with parliamentarians and establish and maintain linkages with CSOs, academia, media and other active agents on WEE.

In respect of proposal writing built capacity of 97 Community Based Organizations (CBOs), SMCs, COs, VDOs, etc in southern Punjab, Pakistan - Conducted Grant Solicitation Orientation and received 250 Grant applications in one year

Supervised and facilitated EPI Trainings specifically Polio Campaign Trainings conducted at 2 provinces AJK / GB
Major Achievements:
I was looking into 2 provinces Azad Jammu Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan. AJK has 10 Districts and GB has 8. As I was supporting the National Emergency Action Plan for Polio Eradication (NEAP 2013) so my major responsibility was to ensure the Health Centre do comply with NEAP 2013 requirements. In this regard I Monitored and Evaluated almost 36 Trainings. Compiled my recommendations in the report submitted to my Team Leader Dr. Asif. Arranged and completed SDMS software Trainings in all 18 Districts of AJK & GB for the smooth operation of Polio Campaigns and Data Compliance. Actively participated in Polio Campaigns and recommended suggestions for better performance
