Responsibilities included:  Looking after all sick patients, from admission of patients from triage till shifting to Ebola treatment unit.  Do rounds for risk assessment of potentially sick patients, discussed with doctors and plan for appropriate interventions.  Supervise national staff (nurses) to provide direct patient care and rehydration, monitoring of patients, observations for symptoms for physician rounding; nutritional support, patient bathing and appropriate and caring communication with the patients;  Provide training in infection control practices for national staff (nurses); Ensuring that clinical management and infection prevention and control procedures are being applied by clinical staff according to a strict protocol.  Coordinate with Nursing Operational Office to Properly disposition of the patients in appropriate setting. Respond to all medical emergencies.  Teaching all novice staff for the appropriate assessment and management of sepsis, infection control measure. And also include training the local staff for sensitization of the communities, contract tracking and provision of appropriate hygiene measures.  Evidence of providing culturally, sensitive and competent quality care in an extremely stressful environment. Management Role: Management role include providing technical and management support to the programme, managing and supporting a team of health and non-health professionals, build the capacity of staff, implement and monitor health programme and objectives according to the country strategy and donor requirements. Health Promotion Role: Worked within the local community to promote engagement in health issues and to challenge social, environmental and economic norms to alleviate their impact on public and individual health in the rehabilitation phase of Ebola.
