Responsible to ensure quality standards are implemented and maintained in all construction activities at site. To ensure all construction activities are carried out as per specifications and drawings. Check quality of all materials at site, co-ordinate with commercial testing labs regarding testing services, manage their operations and review reports. Collaborate with supply chain department for all material procurement and material requistions. Engaged in preparation of BOQs, tendering of projects, co-ordination with architects, clients and contractors for queries, smooth execution of work and report and any changes in work to be incorporated in contract.

Finishing works of a 4000 sq.yds bungalow till the handing over of the project. Responsible for complete management of site execution, labour management and material management.

Responsible for preparing of bar bending schedules, self-checking and inspection with consultant of reinforcement work as per drawing and bar bending schedule. Co-ordination with client and consultant regarding execution of work, highlighting issues and conveying them to client for solution for smooth execution of work.

Responsible for the execution of all construction activities of Project with full compliance to Specifications, Quality and Construction Standards. Planning, highlighting resources and materials required for site and use of resources in hand effectively.
