▪ Manage end to end RAN solution planning, designing and equipment arrangement for UMTS and LTE networks.▪ Responsible for RAN solution & implementation of \"Pakistan\'s First 5G Trial\"▪ Budget, RFP and Bidding Management▪ Industry Benchmarking of GSM, UMTS and LTE networks▪ Company level Network Evolution Strategy Building▪ Manage a multi-vendor Radio network & cross-vendor teams▪ Evaluating vendor’s technical proposals and preparing network requirement based upon the proposed solutions.▪ Making plan and end to end solution for 3G/4G Sector split & Sector addition & 4T4R Twin beam antennas implementation▪ Responsible for finalization of plan and equipment arrangement of RAN expansion projects (CE expansion, Sector Split & Sector addition) in 3G/4G network.▪ Responsible to make the reusability plan of dismantled equipment in different regions.▪ Forecasting and conducting regular traffic and revenue analysis for capacity enhancement in radio access to meet the traffic demands.▪ Efficiently managing equipment by keeping record of ordered equipment and regularly reconciling.▪ Closely coordinating with Network Construction and regional teams for NP plan implementation and addressing concerns/queries.▪ Nationwide BSCs & RNCs utilization analysis, forecasting with planning & dimensioning.▪ Network KPI analysis and proposing solutions to management.▪ Developing dashboard and reports to give departmental projects visibility to management.▪ Developing departmental policies and SoPs based upon best practices.▪ Maintain the nationwide network Rollout database and update on regular interval.▪ Conduct different capacity and coverage improvement 3G/4G trials with different vendors basedupon cost and better customer experience efficiency▪ CFT member for conducting the trials of IoT & VoLTE
