Manage to update the health insurance of all employees. Forwarding all additions and deletion of new joiners and resigned employees. Updating the changes independents’ list and process the same for a new medical card. Reimbursement of Medical Claims from Insurance Company for employee's medical claims cheques. Managing payment processing of insurance Company. Participate in quality improvement and assurance activities. Ensure that all required tasks are completed according to SOPs. Making reports of departmental activities.
