Contact suppliers and sub-trades by phone and email to assess, validate or collect information.
Research and collect product specifications, operating manuals and warranties via the Internet. Accurately input the data for all information collected.
Structure and organize the data effectively based on the variations and options.
Perform quality checks on completed work. Provide updates to the Service & Delivery team on a weekly basis.
Insert customer/Distributor Invoices data in ERP Software by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
Conduct stock audit monthly/Quarterly with Distributor. Apply data program techniques and procedures.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations Scan documents and print files, when needed.
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files Provide Monthly Sales Analysis Report and Dashboard to the line Manager as & when required.
Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
Letter Drafting for Executives and for other company related matters. Maintain office filing and storage systems Co-ordinate and organize appointments and meetings, type documents, reports and correspondence.
Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications collecting and mailing correspondence copying information.
Organize travel arrangements for staff.
