In the field of Educational Management and Administration, I carry more than 5 years of experience in Educational Management s with Government , Private and NGO based institutions and Projects. My experience includes Educational Management, Educational Leadership, School's Administration, Office Administration, Training, Field Survey and Data handling . I have practiced my Educational skills by managing more than 30 schools and 180 employees with directly supervising 30 principals overseeing diversified administration and management issues.
Moreover, I have been engaged in policy formulations and strategies in the field of Education for organization and educational institutions, and ensured that the staff adheres to those policies.
