Job description
Maintaining MIS of NBP Advance Salary Cases received from Regions/ Branches at Head Office on daily basis.
To review & process NBP - Advance Salary cases as per product & policy i.e.
Review of loan application form whether it contains complete information of the customer or not Examine loan account statement to verify that the salary of the customer is directly credited into his/ her account & to
make sure that the installment deduction is on regular basis.
Calculation of debt burden of applicant as per Prudential Regulations considering e - CIB report of the customer.
To prepare decline/discrepancy letters.
Day to day correspondence with Regions/Branches regarding resolution found in proposals.
To assist the Assistant Product Manager in preparing fortnightly reports of NBP-Advance Salary regarding disbursement & outstanding position of 29 regions.
To assist the Assistant Product Manager regarding handling of complaints.
To assist the Assistant Product Managers in conducting Market research.
Proper filing of all the records.
Any other task assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
