Heading Control Room operations of Dolmen mall Clifton. A nerve center for the circulation of all information, monitoring, and implementation of SOPs. Providing assistance to other departments in their day-to-day operations and activities. Providing assistance to operations and customer services departments in the resolution of customers’ complaints.

Responsible to manage the over-all operational concerns of the Dolmen mall (Clifton) including personnel management, safety and security, housekeeping, maintenance of the building and equipment in coordination with maintenance, security, housekeeping and fire safety department

To ensure that mall is ready in all respects before opening, all mall outlets are open as per the mall’s operational timings and report variance to higher management of mall & the tenants as well.

Attending to customers and tenants complaints proactively in liaison with Customer services desk, tenants administration office and customers call center to maintain high level of satisfaction to the customers/tenants

Implement and follow all SOPs and ensure other departments and tenants are also following the same Performing regular audit of Outlets and tenancies to ensure that safety standards and ambiance is not compromised.
