·         Preparation of Internal Audit Report of all bakery shops all over Pakistan.·         Perform operational audit of all  Shops and highlight the errors and issues in the reports·         Perform audit related to shops on different sections. i.e.Ø  AccountsØ  SalesØ  ProductionØ   Supply chainØ   Human Resources·         Perform financial audit of all shops and highlight the financial issues and discrepancies in the system and inspect the documents.·         Perform audit of supply chain department·         Perform reporting to the management of delivery delays, quality issues, products complaints, recipe issues and cash shortages.·         Analyze ERP& POS system reports and perform reconciliations of sales, returns and proper recognition of wastages and cash payments.·         Perform aging analysis of vendors and ensure that payments are made on proper schedule basis.·         Perform Reconciliations and highlight the differences.·         Inspection of daily vouchers and applies objections.·         Perform shops audit at all regions and highlight all the issues related to the shops and make the detailed audit report with the recommendation.·         Preparation of different types of analysis as per the requirement of Directors or CFO.·         Analyze the Shops internal controls and ensure that the all shops are working according to the
