Ø  Dealing With Weboc (Web Based on Custom) System PSW.
Ø  Dealing With PICT & KICT.
Ø  Checking and verifying the details pertaining to the internal and external terms of order and delivery
Ø  Getting the paper work done for customs and transport department.
Ø  Submitting reports to accounts and administration department.
Ø  Communicating with manufacturers suppliers, and transport companies.
Ø  Provide quotes and authorizations for all air, ocean and domestic shipments.
Ø  Coordinate transportation of shipments from domestic and international vendors to fulfillment.
Ø  Develop detailed weekly and monthly freight expense reports.
Ø  Accurately report any delay or problems to my internal customers including sourcing, planning and merchandising.
