Manage and grow complete relationships of a portfolio of related customers ensuring that all their banking needs are efficiently met deposit/transaction,NTB,ETB,BANCA,and all banking product. Key AccountabilitieAdvise customers on bank services for their needs (e.g. loans and credit cards)Manage customer bank accounts open, close and oversee transactionsResolve issues with banking services and accountsRefer clients to inhouse financial experts, as neededReach out to potential customers to generate new businessPresent financial products and services to existing and prospective customersPerform administrative duties (e.g. entering data into banking software)
Manage and grow complete relationships of a portfolio of related customers ensuring that all their banking needs are efficiently met – deposit/transaction, trade and borrowing.
Key Accountabilities:
Meet or exceed portfolio targets for customers
Generate new prospects
Structure and negotiate deals with customers that meet the bank’s profitability targets
Conduct financial statement & credit analysis of customers for credit applications and performing annual reviews
Monitor utilization of facilities by customers, including trade transactions
Maintain relationships with customer,manage deposit profile of bank and deal in consumer department.
