Development & execution of region/country sales plan in collaboration with Student Recruitment
Manager. Primary point of contact for all program enquirers, provide prompt and clear
responses which maximize leads.
Represents UH at exhibition and recruitment events –
Manage agent network with a focus on depth of relationship, ensuring adherence to SLAs and
improved agent satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activity enabling greater in market competitor awareness and analysis.
Identify agent growth opportunities and risk profile – active management of Account Plan.
Identify, select and on-board new agents.
Develop implement and manage Account Plan to support UH achievement of region targets.
Identify and recommend new agents and new recruitment opportunities
Serve as representative for UH & ensuring day-to-day operations
maintain alignment with overall corporate policy, strategy and direction, including compliance.
o Management of day to day operations. Resolve issues on strategic, technical, commercial,
operational and personnel which impact customer service and performance in the country.
o Produce business performance reports in line with the operating rhythm.
o Lead client facing activities and oversee all recruitment activities in the country.
o Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency via process, people or practical measures
to raise the bar on business performance delivery.
Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings

Manages the day-to-day operations of district-wide Admission and Compliance department. Develops, recommends, plans and administers admission and compliance policies and procedures, dual admission with partner institutions, related systems support and regulatory compliance. Interprets and provides critical analysis to inquiries from partner universities and/or external agencies and supervises administrative services support staff. Researches and resolves complex student and technical issues.
Interface with customers and sales representatives to handle both pre‐sales and post‐sales servicefunctions.
Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via email or phone in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist in product purchasing and order fulfillment activities such as taking orders, giving pricing information, determining appropriate shipping methods, routes, and rates, etc.
Handle incoming phone calls related to; return material requests, product samples, order referrals, sales promotions.
