خلاصہ

Being a research, monitoring & evaluation, and ICT professional, in the last 12 years of professional journey, with more than 50 consulting assignments, large scale data collection, and evaluation assignments in 10 countries, I had a chance to repertoire a variety of research techniques. Understanding evaluations or assessments’ scope of work, devising  appropriate research methodologies, creating framework of integrated interviewing instruments, drawing representative samples, leading survey operations or conducting qualitative data collection exercises, designing inductive, deductive and abductive coding structures, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, facilitating debriefs, preparing data-intensive infographics and report writing are my niche.

During my professional career, I have worked on several baselines, end evaluations, results-based assessment, impact assessments, training needs assessment, business analysis and information system designing and development projects with a variety of clients including WHO, USAID, Pacific Online Learning Health Net, UNICEF, Care International, Plan International, Oxfam, Asia Foundation, Islamic Relief, WWF, University of Queensland, Fiji National University and several other prestigious institutions.

I have remained part of different consulting teams who have written winning proposals and implemented various projects in the realm of Health, Nutrition, Education, Environment & Climate Change, and Human Rights.  I have delivered several presentations to wider audiences including Media, Government, Academia and Civil Society. Having proficiency in English and Urdu languages along with working proficiency in different local languages, I can speak to wider audiences irrespective of the confinements of linguistic affiliations. I have extensively used Microsoft Excel, SPSS, Nvivo, and MaxQDA applications for conducting data analysis of development projects under different thematic areas.
