·         Developing sales planning and execution, managing overall business development of Modern Trade channel at national level (Metro Cash & Carry, MAF Carrefour, CSD, USC, Imtiaz & Local Modern Trade customer

·         To deliver on agreed topline budgets while maximizing ROI for assigned key accounts
·         Plan and develop activities for assigned accounts and build sufficiency to deliver forecast. 
·         Liaise with Category Activation leads to ensure alignment on category activation plans
·         Execute agreed sales strategy for assigned key accounts to achieve business targets by effectively managing in-store sales team and sales executives.
·         Assume complete accountability for in store execution inside assigned Key Accounts - execution of all 5Ps. 
·         Ensure compliance of agreed contract terms in assigned accounts, highlight deviation and ensure correction.
·         Work with the merchandising team to coach in-store sales team and sales executives to achieve sales targets.
·         Attaining the market share projected for each product line through various sales generation tools. (Consumer promotions, Trade Offers, Discount schemes, In-store Activations).
·         Gauge sales potential assessment in market by analyzing competitor’s sales (Offers of competition products, upcoming offers for sales seasons).
·         Monitor stock replenishment, display allocation, product placements and promotional products placements.
