Implementation and support consultant
As an implementation consultant it is my responsibility to manage an ERP related to sales and distribution. The ERP is currently used by UNILEVER. It is also my responsibility to implement updated releases as and when needed after code fixes. After deployment of updated releases supervise the UAT and SIT to ensure that the ERP is bug free. When a change is requested in the application analyze and generate the RFC accordingly. Record internal and external service requests, incidents and change requests into system and communicate ticket ID to client for their follow up. Performing a root cause analysis for the incidents raised by the client. Resolve client issues and ensure that they receive resolution within a committed SLA. Maintain user education documents as a knowledge base for the client.
