I am responsible for the marketing and branding of imported brands i.e. LocknLock, Ahmad Tea, BRAGG, Filippo Berio, Cavallo, QueenAnne and Noritake.
Monitor & manage trade marketing activities on month on month basis.
Responsible for depot sales tracking through ASM/RSM in strategic planning against data gathered on a monthly basis.
Responsible for managing the marketing and creative agencies for Ecommerce Platform, Social Media Handles, Community Management, Digital Marketing and Influencer Marketing.
Ensure execution of all merchandizing, displays & operational priorities across territories.
Ensure smooth execution of all existing and new product initiatives against regional business strategy.
Market Research & competitor analysis – Monitor competitor activity and identify response plan in liaison with team.
Maintain a regular physical presence in the territory to ensure customer needs.
To assist in the new product development, pricing and branding strategies.
Managing the sales and operational concerns of all Brand Ambassadors.
Conduct field training of Brand Ambassadors to ensure market excellence in all areas.
Track and improve the overall performance of sales collection.
To provide combat support to all regions in sales and marketing domain when needed.
Generate reports using different dashboards. i.e. SAP, Shopify, Power BI etc.

On Job Achievements:

Improving the brand existence over the LMTs and IMTs.
Support the sales team by Marketing Merchandise i.e. Gondolas, Podium, Free Tasting, Dumper Bins etc.
Managed the Product launch of Filippo Berio (Olive Oil) in Pakistan. 
Independently Managing brand awareness of our brands through Coke Fest, Soul Fest and Islamabad Taste Fest.
Managed to initiate the influencer marketing for many campaigns on social handles.
Always pitch for new ideas on social grounds by partnering with creative agencies.
Improves the sales upto 30% and recovery upto 65% till now.
