Responsibilities
·Support Manager – Prepared monthly payroll in organization HR Database.
· Maintain HR record and documents as per policy and donor requirements.
·Make staff personal file and keep safe place.
·Ensure staff daily attendance and its leave record.
·Support HR Admin & Finance Manager recruiting, training and capacity   building of all staff.
·Make sure that staff gets paid correctly and on time.
·Support program team in preparing job descriptions and advertisements.
·Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees.
·Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
·Advise the employees of organization on employment policies and   procedures.
·Negotiate salaries, Contracts, working condition redundancy packages   with staff and representative.
·Provide information by answering communication referring special   communication appropriate persons.
.Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing,   and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies,   programs, and practices.
·Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job   descriptions for all positions.
·Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and   interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection;   conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
·Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting   orientation and training programs.
·Manages a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and   conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and   scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and   implementing pay structure revisions.
·Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by   training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling   management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving   employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
·Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of   benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends;   recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing   of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; and designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
·Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
·Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and   recommending human resource policies and procedures.
·Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and   retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
·Cultivates professional and technical knowledge by attending educational   workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal   networks, and participating in professional societies.
·Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and   assigning employees and following up on work results.
·Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and   training employees.
·Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining   employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
·Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
•Identification of skilled and unskilled laborers from the targeted villages where  these schemes will be rehabilitated.
•Conducting training, workshops and Seminars to build the capacity of the communities/ farmer.
• Regular monitoring and reporting on the project.
• Conduct community assessment and will collect Data from field.
•Establishment of complaint reversal mechanism and sharing the details with all stakeholders.
•Conduct Regular meetings on daily basis with community to inform them about the project activities.
•To conduct   baseline and    post  schemes completion    data, efficiency and           overall impact of the project and submit report to IOM.
•Participates in  need assessments, Participatory Rural appraisals, feasibility studies, stakeholderAnalyses and community consultations.
.Conduct community meeting minutes, verifying indicator e.g. attendance sheet of community Meeting attendants with signature or thumb impression.
•Supervise the unloading of the material on site as well as quality and quantity of the items Documentation.

·Design and implement health promotion interventions to improve     community health and well-being
·Plan and facilitate community health education and awareness sessions.
·Work with local community members and stakeholders to identify public   health concerns and develop appropriate strategies and address them.
·Collaborate with other health professionals and organizations to     implement to public health programs and initiatives.
·Collect and analyze data to evaluate the impact of health promotion interventions and use findings to inform program design and implementation.
·Monitor and report the progress of health promotions activities to the   Manager and other stakeholders.
·Conduct field visits to ensure effective implementation of health     promotions activities.
·Support the development and dissemination of health promotion materials and resources.
·Provide training and capacity building to community health workers and   volunteers.
