Maintained human resources records by maintaining applications, resumes, and applicant logs. Verified candidates background by contacting references. Enrolled new employees by issuing forms and applications; verifying completion. Helped employees by explaining benefit programs. Avoided legal challenges by complying with legal requirements. Maintains manager and employee confidence by keeping human resources information confidential. Updated job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications. 


I faced Three very Critical flood Disasters in Pakistan. My CV indicates the  skills and expertise garnered and developed in various National Assignments, Which enabled me to see things from a broader view of experience. I strongly believe that a vertical and horizontal rotation can highly in rich one's knowledge and experience. I would be very useful for this position because I have experience in emergencies, relief and rehabilitation programs in many projects and I have ground experience.


In 2022-2023 Flood Emergency Response we have distributed NFI Kits, Winterization Kits,Kitchen Sets & Conditional & Un Conditional Cash Grant in 4 Union Councils of taluka Miro khan & Shahdadkot District Kambar Shahdadkot
