Forged strategic partnerships with government departments (Education, PHE, Livestock, Health, Men & Labour), culminating in the signing of 12 MoUs for various sector projects. This ensured government ownership and the sustainability of project outcomes in a post-project scenario.
Successfully executed 6 health sector projects, including the upgrade of 4 Basic Health Units, 1 Rural Health Centre, and 1 District Head Quarter Hospital. Achievements encompassed infrastructure improvements, provision of essential equipment, solarization for cold chain maintenance, basic amenities assurance, and the establishment of Sectoral Committees to enhance community-health department coordination.
Effectively implemented 4 large-scale Drinking Water Supply Schemes, covering drilling, pump equipment installation, energization, pipe networking, reservoir establishment, and waste management. Ensured sustainability through community engagement in long-term operations and maintenance (O&M).
Managed 2 \"Youth, Sport, and Learning Centre\" projects, resulting in a 30,000 sq ft state-of-the-art infrastructure with a multipurpose hall, cafeteria, children\'s play area, gymnasium, library, and other facilities at the college level. Established a caretaker system in collaboration with sports clubs and unions to ensure project sustainability.
Accomplished the successful execution of 2 \"All Season Market\" projects, strengthening the value chain for various products, generating employment, and mitigating food insecurity. Led a team to assess the aftermath of the 2010 flood emergency in three districts: Naseerabad, Jaffarabad, and Sibi.
