I always enjoy enhancing the quality of Software Engineering processes whether it is SDLC or STLC. Software Engineering to me is an art, and I am the artist. Starting from improving Quality of the Product, to process and to people, I tend to put my experiences and knowledge into a productive practice as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
When I get into a job, I want to know everything. The daily scrum meetings, requirements analysis, discussions with client and developers, reviewing your competitors, analyzing your own products and making sure that we excel, is a first priority to me. Since I've started my job as QA, I have been involved in inter-organizational processes as well as product life cycles, and I haven't looked back since then.
I have always felt it in my heart that one should always give back what he has received from the world. I always try to share my knowledge, teach, learn and train my colleagues and teammates with new technologies, techniques and tools. In this way, we work better as a team, not just an individual. For me, every day is a new day. Everyday has a different kind of energy which I bring to the table, which I find very productive and rewarding.
