My Job responsibilities as under :-
1. Responsible for all types of quires related to IT Department. (Laptop, Printers, Scanners, Routers, switches, photocopy machine, etc.)
2. Maintain VPN private Network and Internet facilities (Multi-Net & PTCL).
3. Complete all Installations and Configurations of IP Cameras, (PTZ), PTZ Keyboard and Nano Stations etc.
4. Checking of all Security (IP Cameras) on daily basis and give access to Authorized Persons for cameras View
on Laptop, LED, and Mobile Phone ETC.
5. Maintain and configurations of software (SHE & Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012).
6. Providing OS Installation window server 2012, DNS, DHCP also provide LAN Installation & technical support & troubleshooting of different operating systems including Microsoft Windows XP Microsoft Windows Vista & Microsoft
Windows 7 and windows 8.
7. Install Registered Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 Outlook with proper Data Backup.
8.Networking: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and Configurations of Cyberoam Firewall/Routers and Cisco Routers & Switches,
Wireless Routers, Ethernet hubs.
9. Install and configured all Operating Systems: window server 2012, Windows XP Window 7,
Windows 8, Window 10 pro, Databases: Oracle 10g. SQL Server.
10. Install and Configured Microsoft Dynamic AX 2012 and SHE Software on users\' systems and Laptop etc.
11. Many Issue resolved through portable Team Viewer take access on user systems from other cities.
12. Session with User\'s AX for Guide to use for AX (ERP) with the help of GM IT.

4. Maintain and configurations of software (SHE and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012).
5. Configurations, maintain and troubleshooting of all Routers, switches, wireless Devices.
6. IP Assigned for All Local and Wireless Networking.
7. User create and maintain on Domain with all rights.
8. Configurations and maintain E-mails ID on User System with backup.
7. Other duties as assigned by Line Manager.
