 Develop plan and strategies on water conservation.  Extensively study on waste water pollution load and identify source of water pollution in whole production system.  Extensive study on the waste water treatment plant technologies its benefits and draw back.  Select and installed (ASP) technology for the treatment of waste water.  Ensure the quality parameters are in compliance (PEPSI-CO) related to the Food Safety  Ensure the CIP and COP as per standards and schedule given by the PEPSI-CO.  Ensure the Food Safety Mandates are in compliance.  Ensure the compliance of HACCP plan.  Maintain American Institute of Baking (AIB) international consolidated standard for inspection of Prerequisite and food safety program. Maintain site permit log.  Injury and Illness Incident Report form.  Compile log of work related injuries and Illnesses . .  Develop plant safety layout for safety induction of new employees/contractors at plant.  Maintains applicable Legal & other Requirements (LORs) to ensure regulatory compliance\'s.  Ensure implementation of Manufacturing and Warehousing (M&W) guidelines at workplace.  Maintains Hazardous Waste Management Plan including accumulation and area inspections.  Compliance of HSE guidelines with commercial and operational, warehouse and clients at work.  Conduct RCA to identify and reduce risks by tracking HSE metrics during Incident investigation.  Ensure Environmental Monitoring as “SMART rules” Pakistan Environmental Protection Act-1997  Emergency Response System, Policies and procedures are in place to accomplish emergency  Ensure acquisition of environmental NOCs, Environmental Compliance Assessment (ECA) during operational phases to meet applicable legal requirement for already running projects.  Ensure submission of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) reports of new projects to Environmental Protection Agency

Conduct daily Safety Inspection of site activities and prepare report


Coordinate with the supervisors and Managers to plan safety requirements of operational activities
Coordinate with the Managers to ensure fire and safety equipment’s are available at site
Conduct safety training and awareness programs for the operational site. Review the HSE meeting minutes conducted by the operational team
Review Risk Assessments, Operational Activities Lifting Plans, Lifting equipment’s test
certificates, permit to work records
Ensure Incident Investigations are done by the operational team and corrective actions taken
Ensure compliance to local legal requirements in HSE
Ensure HSE requirements are followed by operational personnel
Ensure approved safety procedures are followed for Road Safety, Work at Height, Electrical Safety, Excavation Safety, Chemical Safety, Safety in Fabrication and civil activities, Behavior Based Safety, Scaffolding Safety, Steel Construction Safety, Fire Safety, and Crane Safety etc. Ensure personnel working at site are medically fit
Ensure good safety practices are followed at the operational site
Prepare weekly / monthly HSE report
Coordinate HSE audits by The Company

HSE audit of different private firm as well as Environmental Monitoring or Environmental Audit of different firms like Lafarge Cement, DG cement, Nishan Engineering, Fatima Fertilizer etc, and also help in making IEE and EIA report
