Senior Research Associate
As the senior research associate for metals & mining, I was responsible for enhancing data usability for clients by helping them develop a deep understanding of the available metrics. As an analyst I kept up with the changes in the commodoties market and shared my learning with the entire team in meetings. In addition to this, I was also involved in extensive research and data dispatches that educate clients about the most recent trends in the industry. These reserach articles are also read by CEOs and CFOs of market giants. During my time at S&P Global, I also worked with a templates which improved my excel skills. My job involved dealing with clients via email and over the phone as well. The nature of the metals & mining metrics can be very complex and my job was to bridge the gap between client understanding and industry dymanics.
