My professional progressive career since September 2010 with different roles and scope of responsibilities right from the grass-root level to the provincial position is the main source of strength for me. The organizations I have been engaged with since my start as a humanitarian and development aid worker are leading humanitarian and development players in the national arena. My association with these organizations over the last 12 years provided me with every possible opportunity to explore and polish my capabilities of strategic planning, leadership, and management for the best interest of the communities we worked with. After working for over 12 years with national and international organizations in Balochistan, I have advanced knowledge of strategic planning, result-based planning, and evidence-based monitoring, planning., developing projects, keeping projects moving as per plan, and achieving results with the highest level of ensuring compliance of the organization and donor guidance. I have designed and implemented many projects on basic social services and infrastructure including Agriculture, Livestock, livelihood, and particularly community empowerment including education, health, nutrition, WASH, and Shelter.
I have almost 12 years of progressive working experience in leading and managing Livelihood in complex emergencies in remote and disaster-hit/prone districts of Balochistan and with different institutional and bilateral donors.
I have vast experience in Community Development, written, analytical and technical skills, supervised and supported in teamwork with the collaboration of project leads, status tracking of indicator tracking tools, able to utilization of software, able to find the solution to conflicts and issues, implement projects, conduct interview and research, and documentation. Cross-functional and continuously learning basic applications and the rest of the other service desk. Emergency response, Public and Private Partnership, Monitoring and Evaluation, Policy Reforms Engagement, Project Management and Administration, Assessment, and Linkages development. I have worked in a number of development and humanitarian projects in Education, Health, Nutrition, Protection, Humanitarian Communications, Livelihood, Wash, Partnership engagements, and Grants disbursement.

·         What we are looking for:
o   18 – 24 months of practical experience in project management, preferably gained through managing complex technology initiatives.
o   Proven experience using Agile principles for the delivery of technology programmes.
o   Proven experience of balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity in a highly complex, diverse, and changing environment.
o   Knowledge of resource allocation procedures.
o   Excellent people skills and demonstrable emotional intelligence.
o   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and concisely document plans and deliverables.
o   Working knowledge of industry-standard product improvement lifecycles.
o   Working knowledge of project/product tools e.g. DevOps, Jira, Trello.
