TECHNICAL RELATED
• In charge from electrical section for operation and maintenance of 4x3516D,6Ton RO Plant & 6x model DSdX 305 kaeser compressor + auxiliaries, 440V, MV & LV switch gears, Generators protection relays.
• Prepare daily generation & consumption report. & supervise routine / schedule maintenance of generators and 6Ton RO Plant & 6x model DSdX 305 kaeser compressor their auxiliaries
• Take measures to operate powerhouse smoothly with efficient gas consumption. & prepare maintenance plan for preventive maintenance schedule.
• Maintain the record of maintenance / logged parameters of powerhouse & maintain Work schedule.
• Check preventive maintenance activity during service & maintenance of Genets.
MANAGEMENT RELATED
• Responsible for creation & implementation of shutdown plans.
• Assist in preparation of annual budget of electrical section.
• Responsible for various feasibility studies for increased plants availability.
• Carried out engineering study of plant defects and implemented necessary corrective actions.
• Identified and managed the procurement of complete power plant spares for electrical section, internationally, costing over 1 Million USD.

Plant : 3.8 MW Gas Gen-sets Power Plant .Plant Configuration: 2x3516A, 1xCG-170-20 Caterpillars Gen-set and installation and commissioning of heat recovery boiler associate auxiliary equipment’s.

• In charge from electrical section for operation and maintenance of 2x3516A, 1xCG-170-20 + auxiliaries, 440V, MV & LV switch gears, Generators protection relays.
• Prepare daily generation & consumption report. & supervise routine / schedule maintenance of generators and their auxiliaries.
