Program – planning, execution, and reporting:
Understand and implement the project and its significance in terms of Waseela-e-Taleem progr amme roll-out.
Review and compile the tehsil work plan of SM Teams as per over all social mobilization plan.
Provide input regarding the work plans and their efficacy during the project.
Identify operational and other regional challenges such as mobility of women, language, geography, etc.
Responsible for all activities including beneficiary mobilization campaign, WeT women registration centers and admission & attendance compliance, mapping of BISP beneficiaries and capacity building.
Provide support and guidance to TC’s/SOs during all the stages of project cycle.

2. Management:
Guide and facilitate the districts social mobilization teams and manage all relevant operations.
Ensure compliance of financial, HR and Admin policies.
Facilitate district operations in efficient and prompt communication and coordination.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and other statistical reports including MSCA, WeT women registration, admission & attendance compliance as per given templates/software/format.

Carryout need assessment and base line survey on immunization and safe immunization practices in the project areas.
To develop work plans, monitoring and evaluation on immunization practices, health, and hygiene, IYCF promotion, safe immunization practices for health professionals and children and mothers’ nutrition activity.
Formation/reactivation/strengthening of HMC as per government approved structure, policies and procedures and engage HMC and Administration in enhancing awareness on childhood immunization.
Undertake follow up visits and provide support to community/HMC members by organizing regular meetings, conducting appreciative inquiry, and giving constructive feedback.

Lead and guide ACTED WASH& CFW Program in the base. Ensure that planned activities are successfully implemented.
In collaboration with the program team and Administration coordination, determine the strategic direction of the program in the short and medium term and map out activities, and contribute to the preparation of project proposals and budgets.
Collaborate effectively with other line Coordinators and the coordination team.
Manage the program team. Ensure that they are wholly involved in program planning and direction.
Collaborate with the Appraisal, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit (AMEU) to assess need, monitor activities especially Nutrition session in community and evaluate program progress. Ensure that lessons learned during implementation are integrated into the program to ensure that it remains responsive and relevant.
Provide input and regularly review all FLAT Follow-Up for ongoing program together with the relevant department Coordinator and Program Coordinator.
Be alert to opportunities arising for learning, collaboration and partnership that may enhance program quality and responsiveness.
Identify and interact with existing WASH& CFW initiatives in the base, including UN, GOs and NGOs, and community initiatives.
Develop and implement an exit strategy in collaboration with his/her team, AME unit and the Program Coordinator.
