Responsible for planning and monitoring of make to stock and make to order requirement.
Development of production and resource requirement plans based on Forecasted numbers.
Maintaining optimal levels of products inventory.
Quantifying the material required for the production i.e. yarn and other materials.
Ensuring minimum inventory of raw materials, additives, secondary and primary with zero shortages. Material management.
In conjunction with sales team and site supervisor, plan the shipments and align installation dates and manpower.
Manage quantity surveyor team to keep track on projects and get the estimation done on time.
Coordination and follow up design requests and sample orders, also ensures that the samplesdesigns proposals can be submitted in right quality, at the agreed time and according to approved design and color.
Planning for machine scheduling according to the majorminor requirements according to the top to bottom priority of customer orders in coordination with plant scheduler.
Stock management depletion of old stock on a FIFO basis.
Partially manage International Sales Key Accounts.
The central hub for Project Sales Department.
Responsible for all Sales management reports that include but are not limited to Primary Secondary, Ranking, Brand performance analysis reports etc.

Direct report to Director Sales.
Designated SME Subject Matter Expert for SAP SD module. Apart from providing business support for all sales SAP users, I am also entrusted to recommend design changes to SAP and BI reports as and when required.
As a power user for SAP my responsibilities include ownership of customer master data and hierarchy processing, order processing and verification and sales target verification in SAP and subsequent reports in BI.
Secondary responsibilities include liaison with the logistics and finance team to ensure that the entire OTC Order to Cash process is according to the accepted SOP.
Main tasks for asset management included Verification, maintenance, recommendation and tagging,
Internal Auditor Lead for fixed asset coordination with external auditors in lieu of companys yearly audit.
Co-ordinate with different departments and at multiple company sites for asset inspection and evaluation.
Direct reporting line to the Finance Manager.
Analyzed and prepared reports and presentations for the Finance Manager and the general management.
