· Handling all transaction cash and bank also tally day to day accounts as per bank online statement
· Maintaining business costs sheets, such as Raw Material, Medicine & other packaging material and also calculates per unit business
· Assist Finance manager for L/C Documentation and per unit cost sheets
· Checking of purchase Invoices/Bills and posting in system
· Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
· Resolve general account queries such as reconciliation
· Contact clients about invoices that are past due

· Maintained records relevant to the vendor and keep filling up to date so that complete records are available for reference

Responsibilities and achievements:
Monthly basis Analysis to Target v/s achievement.
Audit all distributor sales statement.
Analytical Reporting of Sales & Expenses of All Business Units.
Quarterly tracking / analysis of Sales & Marketing Budget.
Effective Rates Analysis each product when required.
Presenting financial reports on different aspects to the management on monthly basis.
Reconciliation of all field force sales to get accurate Per Man Productivity.
Incentive Verification of all Field Force staff.
Settlement of all distributor discount claims and bonus.
Tracking & monitoring of Doctors obligation / investments to get maximum ROI (Return on Investments).

Responsibilities and achievements:
Monthly basis generate Sales & Stock Replenishment report of all national wide distributors.
Audit all distributor sales statement.
Posting all groups closing Primary and Secondary Sales.
Evaluation and Sales performance forms posting to Excel.
Reconciliation of all field force sales to get accurate Per Man Productivity.
Settlement of all distributor discount claims and bonus.
Filling all related documents.
