• Implementing action plans in branch for achieving business growth objectives and targets.
• Creating a culture of sales and service within the front office. Assist in identifying and implementing action plans in branches for achieving superior levels of customer service.
• Providing superior levels of customer service from all front office functions: Cash/ teller function, Remittances, drafts, Account opening/ inquiry, maintenance, etc.
• Regularly reviewing customer complaints, approaching complainant personally where required to ensure prompt resolution.
• Work aggressively towards ensuring customer retention.
• Promoting and cross selling Bank’s products to the customers. Generating product leads from walk-in/ potential. customers through interaction and dissemination of product and service information.
• Ensuring the achievement of referral targets set for customer services.
• Compile relevant reports and assist Branch Manager in ad-hoc assignments and tasks relating to departmental work, improvement in customer service, planning, etc.
• Participate actively in the launch of new products and services in line with the Retail business plan, to ensure the acceptability and success of the products and services.
• Build and maintain effective communication with the team to ensure free flow of information, ideas and feedback.
