• Efficiently planning, organizing, monitoring, and evaluating transportation services to ensure they are cost-effective and meet quality standards while staying on schedule and within budget.
• Strategically planning the deployment of third-party logistics (3PL) outsourcing and asset-based linehaul fleets, considering shipment volumes at each hub.
• Forecasting daily, monthly, and yearly shipment volumes for both express and overland divisions and executing inbound and outbound logistics accordingly.
• Developing contingency plans to guarantee timely pickup and delivery in case of breakdowns or accidents during transit.
• Identifying areas for improvement to enhance quality, service, and efficiency, particularly focusing on TCS Areas QSR (Quality, Service, and Reliability) and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Providing training and development opportunities to the operations workforce to ensure they are equipped to achieve on-time pickup and delivery targets.
• Procuring, aligning, and evaluating transport vendors to ensure they meet service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high standards.
• Prepares MIS reports and performance review presentations to track and evaluate operational performance accurately.  

• Plan and execute warehouse and logistics operations for export breakbulk, local bag, and loose cement dispatches, coordinating with sales, production, and packaging departments.  
• Manage cement, clinker, fly-ash, and coal segment fleet compliance with laws, regulations, and HSE requirements.  
• Drive cost efficiency by optimizing inventory, loading/unloading, and transport lead time.  
• Ensure optimal resource utilization for facilities, equipment, and data systems.  
• Maintain communication with customers, vendors, teams, and subcontractors.  
• Recruit, supervise, coach, and train drivers and ground workforce.  
• Monitor stock levels, inventory, and dispatch management.  

• Plan network operations for Express and E-Commerce divisions, devising a nationwide bagging strategy.
• Evaluate first-mile & last-mile operations performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Lead initiatives to improve lead time and reduce transport costs through effective planning and change management.
• Monitor nationwide shipment deliveries, backlogs, and returns to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare monthly management reports and analytical insights for review.
• Manage Quality, Service, and Reliability (QSR) standards at hubs across the country.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure compliance with service standards.  

• Manage supply chain and logistics operations to optimize efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely receipt of goods in the correct quantity and condition.
• Develop and implement plans for raw material procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Monitor and track raw material and finished goods inventory, planning dispatches accordingly.
• Analyze daily product demand and supply levels to proactively address inventory issues and shortages.
