Duties and Responsibilities
To monitor the Drawing Position of customer on daily basis.
To settle the Payment Position of Corporate Members with National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited.
Prepare report of Corporate Member exposure on fortnightly basis to report finance division and State Bank of Pakistan.
Prepare report on pledge of shares on fortnightly basis to report regional Office.
To operate Central Depository System for pledge and release activity of shares.
To prepare Credit Line Proposals for approval of credit limits.
Follow up with customers for their limit renewals.
Various Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reports.
Correspondence with various authorities, internal and external (SBP, Head Office, Regional Office, Area Office and Customers).

2. M.K.A Securities (Pvt.) Ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities
To deal Clients and Mutual funds regarding the buy or sell of shares from Karachi Stock Market.
To review all Vouchers and ensuring availability of appropriate supporting evidence on daily basis.
Preparation and Presentation of all reports including Trial Balance, Agents Position, Bank Reconciliation etc on daily basis.
Handling Cash for Petty Cash Accounts.
Reporting to the CEO of the company.

3. Malik Khan Awan

Duties and Responsibilities
Recording of Cash and Bank entries.
To record all custody transactions of shares (Both Outgoing and Incoming).
Review of clients Debit balances and Blank shares position on daliy basis.
Posting of clearing on daily basis.
Direct reporting to companys Manager.
