Confer with clients and conduct surveys to identify training needs in Industry
• Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other Educational materials.
• Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify existing ones
• Managing the yearly Training Needs Analysis; Develop an Annual Training Calendar accordingly
• Coordinate with Trainers & Students on all issues occur prior or during training
• Counseling and responding to outside communications, such as phone calls, emails, and web- based inquiries
• Liaison with Organizations/ universities for training session to be held there
• Design Training Based Proposals
• To ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events [Public & In-house trainings]

Handling day to day HR related issues.
• Responsible for all Human Resource activities including Recruitment, Selection training and development.
• Design and conduct new employee orientations.
• Design HR related documents i.e. Experience Letter, Office Memos, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter & Full & Final Settlement (F&F)
• Maintaining Employee Attendance & Leave Balances
• Maintaining Personal Files
• Coordinate with various Universities and Recruitment portals for timely induction of competent staff
• To verify reimbursements of all kinds of bills
• To Resolve issue regarding salary, increments, promotions & Transfers
