I am leading Civil department here where I have the following roles & responsibilities:
Leading, managing & supervising all new projects (small, medium or large projects) from initiation till closure which includes all knowledge areas of scope, cost, schedule, quality, stakeholders, communications, procurements, risks, resources & change management from feasibility till the administrative closure. I carried out various projects with proper project management methodologies
Managing routine maintenance works where preventive & corrective action plans are in place. There is regular inspection of sites to check vulnerable areas
Carryingout structural assessment of buildings from competent consultants in the market for keeping a check on the life of buildings
Leading structural Retrofitting/Rehab of buildings during running process ensuring safety of people, process & machinery which includes concrete jacketings, CFRP wraps & strips, steel jacketing & waterproofing etc
Leading active oracle based Civil Work Order system (Service Request system) for daily carpenter, painter & mason works to be carried out through inhouse civil team working under me
Leading Civil department having Civil Engineer, Site supervisors, Site engineer, Masons, Carpenters & Painters
Process improvement in a way to achieve sustainable model of civil works for which continual improvements in Civil processes, reviewing civil policies, procedures, guidelines & templates on routine basis
Cross functional engagements with different departments as well as contractors, consultants, functional managers & other stakeholders
Direct liaisoning with directors for strategic civil works model. Reporting to Directors & OD Head. 

I havw worked as project engineer in Chenab Development Foundation (NGO carrying out WASH project funded by UNICEF). Our project is based on Pakistan Approaches to Total Sanitation (PATS) in which I have to train 50 masons for low cost latrine designs and have to ensure construction of 500 Low Cost Demo latrines in 100 villages of 3 Union Councils (Dari Azeem Khan, AmaanGarh and Sonak) on community level.

I have worked as field engineer in Chenab Development Foundation (NGO carrying out WASH project funded by UNICEF). Our project comprises of construction of 70 new latrines in government schools in 4 union councils of Rahim Yar Khan, laying of sewer lines along with 8 sewerage treatment units and rehabilitation of 40 existing latrines in government schools of Rahim Yar Khan. My duty was to carry out technical need assessment for WASH facilities, preparation of drawings for all new facilities, carrying out estimation for all construction work, preparation of contract document, advertising for invitation of biddings, monitoring and supervising the construction work along with managing the project, quality control inspection and verification of contractors bills, internal and external reporting, presentations and documentation of all project work.

I have worked as field engineer in Chenab Development Foundation (NGO carrying out WASH project funded by UNICEF). Our project comprises of construction of 45 new latrines in government schools and Basic Health Units in 6 union councils of Rahim Yar Khan. My duty was to carry out technical need assessment for WASH facilities, preparation of drawings for all new facilities, carrying out estimation for all construction work, monitoring and supervising the construction work along with managing the project, quality control inspection and verification of bills, internal and external reporting, presentations and documentation of all project work.
