Officer Audit
Verification of daily purchase report of all SBU’s & strict monitoring of indent period, quantity and rates from market and reviewing of comparative statements and quotations on continuous basis. Verification of Store documents and point out any mistake in GRN, IGP etc. Monthly audit report on Store Receipts vouchers, Journal vouchers, Bank vouchers, Realization vouchers & Cash Vouchers local sales, export sales etc., which are being checked in every aspect, supports and countersigned by Audit section. Daily verification of the cash statements of all SBU’s. Verification of physical cash. Special assignments like Rebate, Mark up, Bank reconciliation audit. Monthly audit of F/F, salary, wages, Employee loans & overtime etc. Local sale invoices as well as export sale invoices. Any other matters, which requires necessary action. Scrutinize scrap sale regarding quantity & rates. Co-ordinate with Accounts at monthly stock taking of CMT units. Make sure the accuracy of (M.I.S.) reports calculation, specimen, secrecy, incorrect use Assists in the training and coaching of junior members of staff. Promote controls and sound risk management. Draft Audit reports for review by the lead Auditor and senior manager.
